I can honestly say that Collective Soul CD's are one of few albums that I can listen from start to finish without tapering off a few songs in. They've been there when I've been angry, sad, happy and any other emotion I've been through.
The above is why I had so much fun this weekend. Sam and I drove 5 hellish hours (any more than 3 and I fly so this was like pulling teeth for me) but I spent some quality time with my wife for the first time since Jocelyn was born. (10 months today!)
For those interested here is some information on Collective Soul. They are one of the few bands that get the digital age. If you add them to your Twitter they follow and respond back. I called them out for sending a lot of music tweets in a day (me being me of course) They responded saying they were spreading the love when they could have told me to shove off, needless to say that gave me a whole newfound respect for them. So check them out, they have great music and are great people!
